I spent 19 years at US Foods — one of America's largest foodservice distributors — building teams, cracking open new markets, and turning underperforming divisions into national award winners.

When US Foods acquired Food Services of America, they sent me to Portland to integrate two divisions, retain hundreds of millions in existing relationships, and build a culture from scratch. We did it — 100% client retention, four consecutive years beating growth targets, and a President's Cup to show for it.

My leadership philosophy is simple: great cultures produce great teams, and great teams produce great results. I don't just manage people — I build winners.
